SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Linda Gail Gardens to help us grow and make a bigger impact. We know we are not your typical retail shop and are still working through the details of what works best. To help get started, we keep our options limited and hearts open to all feedback. Below is our basic shipping, delivery, and return policies.
SHIPPING
All non-perishable orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
DELIVERY
Fresh flower and plant orders are processed within 2-5 business days. We currently hand-pick and hand-deliver every bouquet locally in Georgia including Atlanta, Roswell, Marietta, Woodstock, and Cumming. You will receive additional information by email regarding delivery details. We currently do not offer same-day or overnight shipping. We require contactless delivery instructions for the safety of our community and will confirm details by email. We appreciate your patience with our current limited flower delivery options.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we will work with you to make it right. Please email support@lindagailgardens.com with any issues. As flowers are a perishable item, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery

We do not issue refunds, however if the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available

Returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return

For flowers to last, you are responsible to take care of them on a daily basis with fresh water & re-cut stems

For flower bombs to grow, please follow the care instructions. Please contact us if you have any issues getting the seeds to sprout
We currently do not customize flower arrangements and are limited to what is in season and grown on the farm. The example arrangement in our online shop is a representative example. Please contact us if you are looking for something specific. We might even grow something for you!
